Terms of Delivery

The purchased medical goods from store.infinita.bg can be obtained according to the client's preference:

• From Infinita's office, located at:

• Delivery can also be done by a courier company at the request of the USER, and the costs are at his expense. This condition must be specified in advance upon request of the order.

• Delivery by courier at customer-specified address:

Infinita works with established courier service providers at prices based on a contract and preferential prices.

Delivery time

Deliveries are made by a courier company within one business day for Sofia and up to two business days for deliveries to smaller settlements in the country, according to the zoning of the courier company.

Quotations made until 16:00 on business days are delivered the next business day.

Requests made after 16:00 on business days or provided the delivery address is located in smaller settlements, according to zoning of the courier company, delivery will be made within two business days.

For international deliveries the cost to ship items from each product category varies by item, shipment, and shipping option. Once you place your, please wait our team to contact you.

All items may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. Customs policies vary widely. We advise you to contact your local customs office for more information. 

The date of delivery shall be the date of arrival of the goods by courier at the address indicated by the applicant. In the event that the recipient is unable to accept the goods (due to his absence from the address or other reasons not depending on the supplier or courier), there will be no delay in delivery. In these cases, the delivery will take place in the first day and hour convenient for the recipient, and if this results in additional shipping costs, they will be paid by the recipient.

Delivery prices

In order for proper service to be performed, the USER is obliged to leave exact address data and telephone number. Infinity does not accept responsibility for unsolicited shipments in the wrong address or incorrect phone number.

The delivery price is not included in the indicated commodity prices.

Method of payment

Infinita LtD accepts payments from customers when buying and ordering items from infinita-medical.eu in the following ways:
• Cash on Delivery. Payment is on courier upon delivery. The courier company charges a charge, which is charged to the RECEIVER.
